Stella Brands Machinery Division is an authorized North/Central/South American distributor for ExPak. We offer the same filling lines we use to our customers that wish to bring pod production in-house. With over 10 years working directly with ExPak, we can customize these packing lines for many products aside from traditional coffee pods.
K Cup coffee pod filling and sealing machines are suited to producing coffee, tea, or hot chocolate capsules for any instant coffee machines that use K Cup pods. It is the solution to putting ground coffee into individually produced single-serve cups and sealing them with aluminum foil. We design and build all our K-Cup machines using industry-leading components from Omron and Schneider to make each machine precise and efficient with minimal maintenance.
Coffee pod compatable filling and sealing machines are suited to producing coffee, tea, soluble pods or custom applications.
Minimum order quantity is 5,000 per SKU. This applies to print and copacking orders.
There are no plate or setup fees when printing digitally.
All retail boxes are printed digitally. That means no limits on your colors. This includes metaillic colors and uv spot colors.
We offer bulk pack and custom printed retail packaging.
Yes will-call of shipments is allowed.
